Most individual consults booked in 60 minute increments.

Please also book at least 3 business days in advance.

I call myself a “consultant” rather than a coach in advising people to achieve specific goals in how they interface with others and themselves. We can work with exercising the muscle to unblocking your throat energy and being able to articulate yourself better.

I use a combination of the below modalities:

  • Trauma-informed psychology

  • Jungian functions

  • Hellenistic astrology

  • tarot archetypes

  • Human Design centers

  • Enneagram

  • Somatic experiencing and reiki can also be included.

All consultations outlined below are the same rate.

Types of sessions are detailed below.

  • Communications Consultation: Having issues getting across a point and want to understand what language you should use to get your point across? (Hard emails? Texts to set boundaries?) Let’s unpack this.

  • Inner Conflict Consultation: Trying to reconcile types of advice you’ve received over the years? We can help you with getting super clear on where you want to be in your life.

  • Marketing Consultation: Have a new business idea but need help on your mission statement and your ideal audience? Let’s talk through everything.

Sometimes I may pull up your astrological chart or clarification. Note I do not offer formal “astrological chart” readings but am available to chat if you are a student.

All consultations are through Zoom audio call and recordable. Client is responsible for taking notes, bringing specific questions and filling in the sent out questionnaire prior to the session. If you are local to NYC, I offer in-person sessions out of Mika in Bushwick or Essex Market by the Delancey-Essex stop.

Rates

I run on a tiered payment system based on income (not checked officially, so use the honor system please!) Payment upfront is encouraged and payment plans are also an option.

  1. Supported Tier:

    For those who identify as low income and are having difficulty affording the standard rate. Sliding Scale of $50 - 75/hour.

  2. Standard Tier:

    This is the current rate that will help me sustain my own livelihood, and support the work and exchange that we are doing together. This is the tier that most clients should inquire about when booking with me. Rate: $100 - 150/hour.

  3. Supportive Tier:

    For those who can afford it and are feeling generous, this tier helps support my livelihood and provides additional resources for those who cannot afford the Standard or Supportive tier rates. This is the tier you choose if you are willing to help contribute to sponsorship of a supported tier consultation. Rate: $150 - 200/hour.
